The order can be paid either by using debit or credit cards, or by cash on delivery which is charged at a cost of + 2.5 €, or upon receipt from our physical store without any charge ..
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / (CANCELLATION)
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or replace the products you ordered, within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Returned products must remain unused, in their original packaging and with their original labels. Returns are the responsibility of the customer until they are received. The return of the products is done with the actions of the customer, with the return cost being borne exclusively by him.
The consumer has a period of 14 calendar days, from the date of purchase, to withdraw and return the product to its original state, without stating the reasons.
For its part, the online store must reimburse the money paid for the purchase of the product, including the initial shipping costs, within 14 calendar days from the day on which it was notified of the withdrawal.
You send the products back to us and in your package you attach on a piece of paper the IBAN number of your bank account, to which bank the beneficiary's name belongs. Refunds from us are made within 14 calendar days from the day we were notified of the withdrawal.
The refund is made after the necessary quality control and you are informed about it by relevant e-mail.
CAUTION:
You make the return at your own risk and the return costs are borne exclusively by you.
The original value of the products and the initial shipping costs are returned by us.
